Refund and Returns Policy


Effective Date: June 2025

At Ball&Stock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

To initiate a return, please contact us at rudi@ballandstock.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., opened consumables)


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
  • If a refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
